I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. They were always eager to help and ensure I had everything I needed. The food was decent – nothing extraordinary, but still enjoyable for a casual meal after a day of adventure. The place was beautiful 😍, I loved it.The bedding and sheets were clean and comfortable. The service was awesome and when you request for something it will be done immediately upon my arrival everything was in order in my room.The room was very spacious.The food was delicious, the pool accommodates even those whom can't swim you are able to get in the water and enjoy it.The other guests were polite and friendly and know how to greet when you are passing each other(humanity).It was like heaven on earth,worth going back to.

The room was very clean as well as the bathroom, even though the bathroom was very small. The bed was very comfy. The breakfast was delicious 😋, big up to the chefs. I will definitely go back again.

All the staff were friendly and smiling all the time , we had warm welcome at reception when we check in,the lady was friendly we forgot her name. And dollen who directed us to our room when we check in he's such a friendly guy.The waiters/waitress ,housekeeper were all friendly and always smiling. We are from the local but the way they treated us it was absolutely lovely and stunning. They don't have attitude and racism. Everything was supper. The room, swimming pool,dining area and the food it was 100% neat. Well done team👏 . We will welcome back with our friends 🥰

The place is very well kept- out door wise. The gardens are beautiful and so is the pool area. Staff is very nice and friendly. Located close to the kruger gate for game drive. Food wise- we got all we needed. Still water and coffee stand was in the rooms so that was great.

The bar was the best area as we could enjoy drinks and meals. The staff were attentive and friendly. The patio area was ideal for breakfast with a beautiful view. The room was spacious and clean.

You exceeded my expectations. I was expecting two single beds but you managed to accommodate me and my partner with a comfortable double bed. The carpet was not too bad with the air conditioner on. I loved every moment. The food, your friendly staff. I'll definitely come back

Rooms were excellent. However the shower head for the room that was allocated to us is damaged , i.e when taking a shower the water would sprinkle everywhere in the bathroom leaving the bathroom clumsy. Maintenance need to look at this. The staff were friendly. It was my son's birthday and had ordered a cake at the hotel and I was happy, the cake was beautiful and delicious. Thanks to the staff for pulling this through. Excellent!!!

closer to the mall, bushy set up. it is like you are in Kruger already… it sort off prepares you of what to expect on your tours already. The staff was welcoming from reception to dining hall. the food was well prepared as well. shout out to the kitchen staff who managed to pull off a cake for me in a such a short notice. there was a cake on my birthday🎂🌸 The overall experience was beautiful🌸🌸🌸🌸
